Established the holistic launch strategy for Kinder Joy Barbie x Hot Wheels (Mattel) limited collaboration in India.

Recognizing that children's imagination is the core driver of play, we designed the content (film and digital assets) to be highly interactive and gender-neutral, letting children's curiosity lead the way. Engineered the communication strategy around the concept of "Surprise" to maximize buzz and anticipation. The result was a successful landmark launch that delivered high traction and accelerated sales through cohesive digital and PR execution.
